Environmental Advocacy
Voicing Change
Advocating for environmental policies and sustainable practices amplifies our impact on a larger scale. By voicing our concerns and proposing solutions, we drive positive change in our community. Participated in multiple city council meetings, presenting the impact of urbanization on wetlands, biodiversity and advocating for policy changes, bringing the voice of the youth. Highlights include collaborating with the BCDC, Fremont Sustainability Commission, as well as meeting with the Deputy Director of the Watershed Program in San José.
